You will receive a Welcome Email from YIP asking you to register on the Member Self-Service (MSS) Portal. This will give you 24/7 online access to your Member Account. Your employer will not have access to this account - it is secure and only you have access.

- Check and update your personal information.
- Update your beneficiary details. Hopefully, we won’t need to use this information for a long time, but when you die, the value of your Member Account will go to the people/organisations you list here. - You are automatically invested in the MyFuture Lifestyle Strategy option. This strategy was created by Titan Wealth and is the standard investment option for YIP. It will automatically adjust your investments from attempting to generate as high a return as possible during your accumulation years, to lower the risk as you near your retirement. It is important to save as much as you can, as early as you can, to invest in your future. Review how much extra you can regularly afford to pay into your pension plan and let your employer know. They will deduct it from your pay and send it to us. It is an easy way to save and will make a big difference in the long run. Don't worry, if your financial circumstances change, you can reduce it back to the minimum if you need to. It is an easy tax efficient way to save. Just let your employer know.
Get into the habit of reviewing your contribution amount every year. There will be different times in your life when you can afford to put in more. Remember the more you put in the better the outcome will be. Your future self will thank you!
