I would like a Valuation
If you want to export or print off a valuation of your Member Account, please follow the instructions below. You have the flexibility to choose the type of valuation using the following options:
1. Valuation by specific date.
2. Valuation of all of your account or a particular contribution type (i.e. Employer Regular contribution).
3. Export to CSV/Excel if you want to filter the data or to PDF if you want to print or send.
The first thing you need to do is log-on to your Member Self-Service Portal and then select Member Services > Balance Enquiry.
Date selection
The ‘Balance date’ will automatically be today’s date. However if you wish to have a valuation at a specific date, simply select the right date by clicking on the calendar button at the right of the ‘Balance date’ box and then select ‘GET BALANCE’
Valuation type selection
You can now select the type of valuation you want. Scroll down to the ‘By fund’ section and you will see a box called ‘Contribution type’. The Default is ‘All’ but if you click on the chevron on the right-hand-side of the box you can select accordingly. The contribution types will match those that you have within your Plan. For example:
| All | Will provide the full value of your Member Account for the date selected. |
| Employer Regular Contributions | Will provide the value of all the Employer Regular Contributions for the date selected. |
| Employee Regular Contributions | Will provide the value of all the Employee Regular Contributions for the date selected. |
| Transfer-in | Will provide the value of a Transfer-in for the date selected. |
Valuation export format selection
Once you have selected the Date and the Valuation type, you now need to select how you want the information exported. Click the EXPORT button and choose either:
| A PDF Valuation will generate and you can open and save accordingly. | |
| CSV (Excel) | The data will export directly into Excel. You will need to expand the columns. You can then sort and save as required. |

If you want to export or print information from your Member Account please follow the following instructions.
To source the historic contribution information you have the flexibility to choose using the following options:
1. By a specific date range.
2. Export to Excel if you want the data to filter or to PDF if you want to print or send.

Date selection
The ‘End date’ will automatically be today’s date. You will need to select the date range you require. Simply select the start date you require by clicking on the calendar button at the right of the ‘Start date’ box and then select the ‘End date’ by using the calendar button at the right of the ‘End date’ box. Click on the ‘FILTER’ button and the system will then collect the data for the data parameters selected.
Export format selection
Once you have selected the date range, you now need to select how you want the information exported.
Click the EXPORT button and choose either:

If you want to export or print information from your Member Account please follow the following instructions.
To source the historic fund information you have the flexibility to choose using the following options:

- All of your investment funds within your account or a particular fund.
- Export to Excel if you want the data to filter or to PDF if you want to print or send.
The first thing you need to do is log-on to your Member Self-Service Portal and then select Member Services >Investment History.
Date selection
The ‘Date to’ will automatically default to today’s date. You will need to select the date range you require. Simply select the ‘Date from’ you require by clicking on the calendar button at the right of the ‘Date from’ box and then select the ‘Date to’ by using the calendar button at the right of the ‘Date to’ box.
Click on the ‘FILTER’ button and the system will then collect data for the data parameters selected.
Fund filter selection
You can select what information you want by choosing from the options in the ‘Filter by fund’ box. The Default is ‘All’ but if you click on the chevron on the right-hand-side of the ‘Filter by fund’ box you can select by specific fund. The Funds will match those that you have available within your Plan. For example:
| All | Will provide you with fund information on all funds within your account for the specific date range. |
| Specific Fund | Will provide the fund information on a specific fund for the specific date range. |
Click on the ‘FILTER’ button and the system will then collect data for the data parameters selected.
Export format selection
Once you have selected the funds and the date range, you now need to select how you want the information exported. Click the EXPORT button and choose either:
