Enforcement
The Secondary Pensions Law introduces legal duties on employers, including the duty to enrol employees into a suitable pension scheme and to make contributions into the pension on behalf of their employees in accordance with the minimum rates set out in the law.

Employers who fail to meet their obligations and do not satisfy the legal duties within the law will be committing an offence and could face penalties as a result.
